About Shay
Shay is a CPA, Financial Coach, Counselor and Educator and has worked as a corporate accountant for over 10 years. After seeing so many of those around her struggling with their personal finances, Shay began to envision a life dedicated to assisting all those who were seeking relief. Over the past decade through the magic of video conferencing, Shay has coached hundreds of participants in every part of the country to overcome financial habits that don’t serve. Her clients work together on creating holistic, comprehensive and easy-to-follow personal financial plans in order to achieve their financial goals.
Shay offers many diverse services, but she specializes in coaching people who are in significant debt, to not only get out of debt permanently, but to form new financial habits and develop a positive and empowered relationship with money going forward.
Shay’s additional experience in the field includes 3+ years as the financial coach at one of the first Financial Opportunity Centers in Pittsburgh, the creator and leader of the financial wellness
program for the Pittsburgh chapter of Platform to Employment, and as a certified Financial Counselor/Coach trainer through the Cities for Financial Empowerment. Shay also wrote and led several different “train the trainer” seminars for the CFE.

Andy is a seasoned professional and payroll expert with extensive knowledge in providing services that support small to midsize companies and service providers where payroll tax compliance often falls through the cracks.
He has held operational leadership positions at UKG, Heartland, PTM, Equifax Workforce Solutions, ADP, and Paychex. During his career journey, he realized that companies had frequent payroll compliance issues and how much time was spent correcting issues or worse, feeling that there was nothing that could be done since the issues arose due to lack of experience from various service providers or self prepared filings.
Andy leads a team of employment tax compliance professionals who help the businesses with payroll and all prior period employment tax compliance as well as consulting on go-forward payroll tax processing.
Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Whittier College graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2003. He also obtained in 2005, a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation from the Payroll Org (f.k.a. American Payroll Association).

Bret is a Managing Partner at PCG and focuses his efforts primarily on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance (raising equity and debt), Chapter 11 representations (363 asset sales), and real estate related transactions. Prior to joining PCG, he was with BCC Capital as a Managing Director in charge of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, valuation, and employee stock ownership plan practices.
Before joining BCC Capital for the second time, Bret was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Contracting Officer for Mavent Inc., a venture capital-backed software technology company. Earlier in his career, he was a Director of Acquisitions for CWS Capital Partners, a large real estate investment management firm.
